Poor service and unethical behaivou

I had contact the agent to view a property in Paulshof. The agent contacted a few days after to say that I must let her know when I would like to view. I replied informing the agent that i am avalible anytime after 04:30. She replied setting up an appointment to view at 4:30 and which point i replied that I would be late as cannot make it at 4:30 and if that was fine I will gladly meet. The next day i received no confirmation of the viewing therefore emailed the agent who after replied that we were meeting. Driving to the property that evening i was caught in alittle traffic and which point I quickly sent the agent a message advising that i was in traffic but on my way. When i get to the property I call the agent and she had no idea who i was when i told her my name. She then said she had left the property coz she could not wait for TWO hours. I told her there appointment was not two hopurs ago so unsure what she talking about. She then advising that she tried to call and sent a message - I have no call or messages on my fone. Very bad poor, unethical service!!!
