DISCUSTING SERVICE

In the 11 years of dealing with rental agencies I have never in my life experienced such terrible service as I have from Harcourt Witbank. With numerous phone calls to my agent Terry and face to face meetings with her nothing has been done to the structural damage on the property. The day we moved in Adrie promised us that all the defect will be fix. I'm just wondering what happened to that promise. The roof has been leaking for 5 months now and I have mushrooms growing out of my carpet but still they expect me to stay calm. They just don't care about their tenant. All they worry about is that you pay your rent and the rest. And yes people the owner of the house has given the go ahead to get the roof fixed but I'm still waiting.

I should have never in my life signed a contract with them as the only thing they can do good is disappoint and not live up to their promises.

I wonder if they were in my shoes if they would be happy about the service I get from them.
