No feedback leading to more serious damage

I own a unit in Centurion and my tenant complained of a roof leak. Last year the roof was fixed by Craig from this company so the Body Corporate sent him back. This was done on the 24th of October. Apparently he went back and no-one heard anything further. I contacted my tenant this morning to find out if everything is OK and he explained that the contractor left and never came back. After the Body Corporate followed up, the company explained that the roof was leaking in a different place and therefore was not their problem. What the? Is that the kind of service given? No phone call to ask if they can go ahead and fix, they walk away and leave it for an entire week - NO FEEDBACK - and now the whole ceiling is collapsing and my tenant is holding back rental from me! I am DISGUSTED and I will make sure I never use this pathetic company in my life!
