Pathetic service & very discriminatory

Unlimited townhouse is the most petty body corporate. Agents are easily over rode by trustees and lack diplomacy when issues occur. A very discriminatory agency. I am bullied by trustees and the managing agent. Important issues relating to the building affairs are never prioritized. The agency never mediates both parties on equal merit, they issue immediate complaints to a single party with zero proper concrete investigation of the issue.
