R2500.00 ADMIN FEE!!

A body corporate/complex was charged R2500.00 ADMIN FEE on two invoices for not being able to settle the account within 24 hours. A body corporate have to get approval from all trustees for these kind of expenses (R10 8330.00) and then the invoice have to be sent the managing agent who don't necessarily make payments every day.
R2500.00 ADMIN fee is outrages and that after they spent over R10k with this company.
