Lies and empty promises

Soukop is a nightmare. I have only used them due the empty promisses and lies I was told. Today I have spoken to Michela who promised me a resolution by COB. Instead she left the office and went home. Soukop is refusing to refund me my finders fee of R8333.33. This is prorata. They are refusing to pay for keys they have lost to my property. Due to the loss of the keys i have now suffered alot of damage to my property and they are refusing to pay for this as well. Empty promisses is all I get. Managing agents answer their phones when they feel like it and dont even call you back when they see the missed call. They do not respond to your emails and even thou I have informed them the house is standing out of reach in danger of more damage they do nothing to secure the property. The current tenants is busy moving and no effort has been made to make arrangements with them for an exit inspection or to collect my money that is outstanding. All I get is when are refunding the tenant deposit. Why should I they still owe me money. There is damage to my property. Dina Soukop (apparantly as advertised) is the CEO. Dont try and speak to her. She is never available and also never reads her emails. Please refrain from dealing with this company.
