Refusing to respond to e-mails

A 1 year property rental contract of mine for 2013 in Pretoria was transferred in mid May 2013 to new tenants. I've been promised a refund of the R5 000 deposit and pro rata rental which had been paid for May 2013. After vacating the premises and the new tenants moving in the Property Shop has just refused responding / replying to my emails when asking about the monies due to me.

When looking for a place to rent I had the agent falling over her feet to have me sign a rental contract, when paying rent late one month the Property Shop was very quick to wag their finger and reprimand me for the late payment. Now I'm the one asking for my monies due back to me and they won't even respond to a e-mail of mine.
