All my tiles in my house is lifting

Terrible developers!!! Be careful dealing with them in the future!!! I have been staying in my newly developed home for less than 4 years now. After 2 years residing in the property I noticed my tiles on the corners of the inside of the house lifting. The developer told me the mix they used to I lay the tiles may be the problem AND PLEASE SORT THIS OUT YOURSELF!!! Now all my tiles inside and outside the house is lifting and it is so unsafe. Do they even care! NO!!! Now they basically saying do whatever you feel like and they don't give a!!!
