Poor Service and Bridge of Contract

I'm currently having issues with the current house which was build by Cosmopolitan Projects, with house sold at Terenure Kempton Park X76.

I have started staying in the house from July 2012 and started paying after then, Which I then made complains to the Agent, whom from numerous times he never responded. Until I escalated the issue to their Line Manager whom pointed me to Project Manager Petrus Ntshonyane, whom came to view the house and said they will send someone to come change and repair the defects from my house.

Which in the Month of July 2013 they brought someone to replace the Wall tiles which are falling off, due to the tiles not having proper cement or applied properly. The company which they used for the repair, could not replace the tiles or insert cement because the feared that the tiles will crack and don't have the same made of tiles available on the market. But the problem is that this I need the tiles replaced or inserted cement properly before they all fall.

Replace all Wall tiles from both Bathrooms, Cracked ground tiles in the kitchen, Main Bedroom, Passage, cracked Walls within the house, Cracked Walls outside the house, Fix Tripping Geyse
