Chas Everitt International Property
The most unprofessional rental agent in history!

Roelene Els of Chas Everitt Nelspruit has been harassing us the past 2 weeks after hours with non-stop phone calls (17 in one day), she makes appointments at the drop of a hat, which is highly unprofessional, not taking into consideration that it is difficult to arrange viewings during the day, especially since we work 60km away from Nelspruit. She has threatened to charge us for an extra month's rent, because according to her we have not given her sufficient access to our property for showing to potential tenants. This is nonsense, as she met with me for 2 viewings on Thursday 20 June 2013, she then asked if the new tenants could store their belongings in my garage whilst I am still occupying the property!! A representative from the bank was also supposed to view the property, cancelled their viewing so I see no reason why we should be held liable as we did cooperate. She has had ample time to show our property to potential tenants as our company had a few other properties that were being leased through Chas Everitt for the duration of our project. Our company (AMEC) sent out notices for each property in advance, which included our property.
