VALUATION DEPARTMENT ADDED ABOUT 2M TO CHARGE MORE

This year in april we got a letter to indicate our property valuation went up with about they added m2 to our property which is 496m2 but on their valuation form its increased to 579m2. - tell me how can it just grow so they can charge us more taxes? i completed the form they require with in the time frame (out of cut of date they dont consider objection) so i did my part even though it was actually enflating my property to charge me more .. so that can be seen as isnt it - but i followed the rules and sent their form 1/4/13. i followed up 9/8/13 because i gave them more than enough time - more than what they would give me. i received this reply 12/8/13:

Kindly note that our records show that there is an objection to the GV2012 for property ### Unfortunately I can't say when exactly you will receive a review however, kindly await the Valuers Decision Notice which will be posted to you, advising you of the outcome of your objection.

it is shocking how they can just disregard our rights, i insisted on a response from someone in charge but to date no response to anything i sent but i have to pay inmeantime
