UMLIMITED TOWNHOUSES ARE NOT VERY RELIABLE WHEN IT COMES TO SUBMITTING STATEMENTS.
I RECEIVE ERRORS ON A MONTHLY BASIS ON MY LEVY ACCOUNT, WHERE I AM CHARGED "SMS LEVY" FOR AN SMS I NEVER RECEIVED, AND "ADMIN ARREARS" WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS AND HAVE TO POINT THIS OUT TO MS DANIELS.

WHEN I ASK FOR THE ERROR TO BE CORRECTED, AND THE STATEMENT RESENT, SHE ACCUSES ME OF "you make a big deal of an error which is reversible" WHICH IS HARDLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
