Rude and incompetent agency

Since we moved into the Palm Glades Complex in Sonneveld, we have been having problems with this very extremely rude owner Sheila of Dallas Properties.
We have now found a new house in Kempton Park, and even after the owner came today to do her inspection (which I think should be done by the agent) and approving that our deposit can be released, she now refuses until the end of January. All I can think is that she does not invest property deposits, it is actually a law and now she is waiting for tenants to pay their rent and give our deposit back out of that money.
DO NOT EVER USE THEM AS AGENTS, she is rude and have no people skills at all! All complaints fall on deaf ears as well.
