THE WEDGE WATER ISSUES TRAFALGAR COULDNT CARE LESS

This week the water in my block (109) has been off every 2nd day from approximately 6pm to 10pm. It is an absolute annoyance as obviously people are home at this time needing to shower, cook, clean. Neighbors have complained with no success. I decided to call my self to see what the issue is. A '' Keri Anne", apparently PA of Rhona Rakow was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Obviously she has not researched or enquired about the problem in detail as all she could say in an un interested manner, is she has reported it the day prior and did not know anything else. I asked that she follow up as a matter of urgency. She told me to phone them myself. Keri Anne then tells me I am the only one that has complained (as if it is not a relevant issue and my complaint is not very important) I asked her how she knew to report it if I was the only one that had complained. She spoke over me constantly interrupting and telling me she is not obliged to attend to me or my complaint, that I can " get '' the owner to complain. I asked her again if she was solely responsible for the Wedge, she confirmed this and put the phone down. Disgusting un- compassionate service and still no answer on the water issue
