Standing in my bathroom one morning, overheard () saying: 'Gee these ppl at no. 62 the reeds cant stop complaining'' I then walked out and told him that i overheard his conversation and that i am the one complaining'' He also said that he forgot to complete the work at our unit, and due to him forgetting and leaving a whole in our bathroom wall it rained in December and flooded my whole house.
My speaker got rain damage, R3000 repairs. The desk in my study room is coming apart from the water damage. Never mind all the rest that got damaged.
