IF THEY DONT KNOW HOW MUST I KNOW

Arriving at Marianhill RTI I came prepared with my photo's and my eye test. I got to the desk and the lady there refused to even look up to acknowladge me standing there. Without even greeting me she stuffed a board with a piece of paper on it in my hand and said go to room 62. Rude is not the word. I then proceded to this room and asked for assistance from someone else as I am not sure what the procedure is. I was told that room 62 is full and I must wait outside and they will call me. This was done without again explaining to me what is going to happen. I then realized that not only do I not have a pen to fill in the form I had the wrong form. I asked and another piece of paper was dumped on me. I was told there is no pens and the same lady just walked away.
Waiting to be called to room 62 I noticed alot of people are going in and I have to wait. I then walked into room 62 myself and found several people complaining that there is no first come first service here and you get help as they see fit. I sat down borrowed a pen and then I overheard that the licensing department has no copier and I had to make my own copies. Also I was sitting in the wrong cue.
