I recently purchased a second hand car from REEDS Cape Town. The service and feedback during the sale process was excellent, and I have been very happy with the car I purchased.

I recently took the car for its first service and asked them to fix my faulty rain/light sensor, and was told that my rain/light sensor was not covered by the warranty because of an unauthorized windshield replacement.

I contacted REEDS Cape Town to ask for compensation for the repair as it was a latent defect on the vehicle, half expecting a fight on my hand from the dealer to get compensation. My experience was however the complete opposite, and the staff at REEDS Cape Town were friendly, understanding and very quick to respond, and today they deposited the amount needed to fix the rain and light sensor into my account.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from REEDS Cape Town, and after the service I received I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them as well.
