Bad service

Somebody broke into our flat 6 days ago and broke the buglar door of the bathroom window. I called the property agents midcity properties in pretoria to report the matter. The lady that was speaking to her name is Jana Robbertze told me that the problem would be fixed in two days..Now it has been more than two days and we continue to live exposed and unsafe.

We pay our rent on time every month but when we require assistance mid city properties does not even respond on time. Its their unsafe place in the first place that caused all this mess. I fail to understand why is it so hard to fix a bathroom window buglar door.
