I have never received such bad service as a client

I'm renting out a flat through them and since the lease commenced I have had to chase up on my rental almost every month. The final straw is that their tenant decided not to pay the December rental and I had to phone them to find out as the rental was late. They then sent the tenant a cancellation letter to have him out by end December. Until the 20th December I kept on phoning them and they reassured me that the tenant will move out. On the 2nd Jan when we went to check the premises the tenant was still there and the agent had failed to inform us that they decided to allow the tenant to stay until end Jan. I phoned them to enquire and only then did they inform me. They informed me that the tenant had paid the Dec rental on the 20th Dec. Up until now, I have not recieved a cent and I have been following up and they have been promising to deposit it but this afternoon the finance lady told me that she has not been given authorisation to process the payment. I also have not received the Jan rental and to date the agency has not even bothered to update us about the progress. I have never felt so disregarded as a client and it is not fair as I am paying for their services.
