I want to warn other consumers to be very cautious when booking accommodation trough websites like where to stay. I made use of them to book accommodation for the September holiday. We rented the Bermuda 202 apartment on Balito main beach. The photos on the website is completely misleading. On arrival we discovered that the neat looking apartment from the website was in actual fact a dirty vulgar smelling old place. Washed out foal smelling linen and ancient furniture. I immediately phoned the agent who's number was on the door. According to him this was exactly why he refused to rent out the apartment. They advised the owner that her place is not up to standard and told her that she could not charge the same rates as the other owners who upgraded their apartments. in spite of this she carried on renting out this substandard apartment to many other victims. I phoned her the next day and laid my complaint. I told her that we where not prepared to stay in this terrible place. We went to Balito Accomodation who booked a lovely modern apartment in Santorini at exactly the same rate. We warned Martie that we were going to report her to the rental tribunal but still she refused to refund u
