Disrepect-Disregard!!! No Customer service!

I am disgusted with the non-existent customer service with Pam Golding Bigbay!!! Peter Goosen and Christa - they've leased a flat to me and my husband and our 2 small children in Septembet 2013. -- Since commencement of residence at Unit 234 Beach Blvd Eden on the Bay, Big Bay, has Peter Goosen never had fulfilled his function as a the realtor
- No inventory and/or property problems recorded with us
- Door handle still faulty -- several attempts to have it fixed - he arrogantly stated i can fix it myself with a screwdriver
- Rocks up at my place without prior arrangemnt trying to fix sewerage complaints from my downstairs neightbour expe the same problem like us. - my apartment has been flooded with sewerage water, 4 times, leaving me to clean it up. not once has Peter shown his face trying to rectify the problems. today poop came squirting through both my showers-damaging all my clothing and sanware. I spoke with the branch manager Christa, - not once in my life have i ever been subjected to such a rude sales person eva before. I told her she needs to find alternate acc for my kids an i, and she said it 's not her problem! My neighbour downstairs are filing a collective complaint!
