Just Letting
Very poor service from Just Letting Vanderbijlpark

The service provided by the Rental Agents and staff of Just Letting Vandebijlpark is extremely poor and and unprofessional. From the rental agents to the accounts administrators there is high level of incompetence which is manifested in the horrible attitude of their staff.
They are currently supposed to be managing a tenent of mine but I have to basiscally manage them to get rent payed (usually weeks overdue) and water usage. If I dont contact them and demand to speak to their manager I dont recieve rental payment! They dont know how to keep records of tenents arrears statement and they are always confused and blame each other about how much the tenent owes in rent and water usage.
The staff of Just Letting Vanderbijlpark are extremely incompetent, have bad attitude and blame each other instead of resolving queries from the landlord. they are hurting the image of the Just Letting group
