Sewerage issue still problem-Twenty Two on Campell

We are still waiting for the drain outside our house to be fixed, we permanently have to stare at a drain outside our house filled with old toilet paper - totally unacceptable. It has been far too long, this now needs to be sorted out in the next 2 weeks or I will have to take it further. I am not bringing my new baby into this environment. The entrance to the complex also need to be painted and certain tenants must paint their common walls the are peeling and unlikely. Please attend to this all with urgency.
