Poor Customer Service at Just Letting Secunda

I have been renting out my house through Just Letting for over 2 years, but I am at the point of reconsidering and rather renting out my house privately as I can get more income out of it since I am not receiving a good quality service from the Secunda branch anyway. Whenever I send an e-mail about an enquiry, I am ignored. I have to follow up a large number of times before I get any sort of response, and usually the response is that "We will get back to you." I am not sure what I am paying for since I do not get anything for my money. This is very frustrating. I decided to rent out my house through an agency to ease the process of managing a rental property. It is proving to be quite the opposite. My rent for June 2013 has still not been paid in and the rent for July is almost due. I have not had any response after enquiring about the issue. This is really poor service and it reflects very poorly on the brand. I would not consider using Just Letting again in the future.
