Mandate given forrental 2013 - no rsponse

Dec 213 I phoned just letting mariska davies came to my property, she took photographs and added her just lettingadvertisement on the property, she advertised my property, I have visited the site many people have visited the site. In july Francious emailed he wanted visitors to stay free of charge in our home for promotion - we refused. We never heard from them again. Dec 2013 I have send a sms to Mariska Davis on her Cell 0729700644 to inform her how disillusioned we are with there service - she responded by saying that Francious is responsible for holiday rental - she will inform him to contact me. He did not respond - I then phoned him he told me they never had any enquiry for Brenton on Sea. Other agents told me they had to send peop;le away because during peak season the place was fully booked. I feel they only used our propery for their own promotion - why not inform us that their is no rental enquiry in time then we could have advertised the propery ourselves. The information they give is in contradiction with our experience previous years and with information that other agents have supplied us with. There is no service/communication from this company.
