Garden maintenance not resolved timeously

I reported to Just Letting on the 5th of January that the garden of a property they are managing for me was not being properly maintained. I requested that a new garden service company be hired and that the tenant be contact to facilitate the establishing of a garden maintenance schedule.

Yesterday, the 20th of January, I received a complaint from the home-owners association that the garden was in an unacceptable state. I forwarded this to Just Letting again, but the reason I decided to use a rental agency was so that continuous follow up would not be needed.

I expected that after I emailed Just Letting on the 5th of January the matter would have been resolved timeously. I expected Just Letting to follow-up with the tenant and the garden service to find out if a quote had been compiled and if a schedule for the garden maintenance had been agreed upon. I expected Just Letting to address with the tenant that the property is to be kept in the neat state.

I did not expect a reply that stating that Just Letting was waiting to be called upon. As a company you are paid to be in charge of the management of the property, please do so with more diligence.
