Completely Ineffective

I own a unit in the Birchleigh Boulevard complex and received a complaint from my tenants yesterday about the unruly behavior of children in the complex. I understand that children should be allowed to play, but there is a distinct difference between playing and making excessive noise, which is forbidden in the complex's Code of Conduct.

My tenants are at their wit's end with the incessant noise of the children and have had to resort to going outside to shout at them to behave themselves. The children have now retaliated by ripping up the flowers from the unit's garden and throwing them onto the unit's patio. The rules regarding excessive noise and vandalism have clearly been breached.

My wife spoke to Julie yesterday regarding this issue and was told that there is a caretaker appointed to handle such issues and basically nothing further will be done. Our tenants have spoken to the caretaker and he has done nothing to ensure that the children behave considerately.

Enforcement of the rules is De Lucia Group's responsibility and they are failing miserably. I refuse to lose my tenants and watch my property value drop because the simple task of handing out fines isn't being done.
