Do not rent a property through Realtors of Excelle

Since moving into our rental property on the 1st of June 2012, we had endless issues with the maintenance of the property. From leaks in the bathrooms, to the shower, to the toilet, to the kitchen. Kitchen cupboards being taken out and over 6 months to replace. Kitchen tiles were dug up and left for over 7 months while waiting for repair. Alarm system faulty taking over 3 months to attend to. Owner of the property eventually cancelled their insurance due to all the claims, not helping me as the tenant as everything was delayed and never attended to. We were offered a concession in rental until the issues were resolved, by the agent, only to be told 6 months later that they weren't supposed to offer the concession and demand the concession be returned. The owners aren't resident in the country, the agent has stated that the house "is falling apart", yet new tenants were shown and on my exit inspection, the agent and her assistant were heard to state that they will leave a current leak in the wall by the shower and additional cracks developing until the new tenant complains. Utterly unprofessional business practice and unethical decision making.
