Rental Agent Not Paying Rent

After many, many phone calls to John (an employer of Third Day Property Solutions, who has never returned a call) I have been unsuccessful in getting the rent due to me. Many promises were made "to make payment tonight" that have never been realised. I've been in contact with the tenant, who has shown that he has made payment to Third Day Property Solutions.

Theo, the owner, does not answer any calls.

Anybody else having problems with Third Day Property Solutions willing to lay a charge of against them? The more cases lodged, the better the chance of putting this guy out of business.
