Two years of drama

I gave Sotheby's (agent Sandra Cronje) the right to let my house in Port Alfred to tenants on two occasions.
During this period I experienced nothing but poor to downright incompetent service. (a) They failed to collect and submit rental timeously (b) rarely sent me a reconciliation despite numerous requests (c) didn't manage the tenants municipal payments as agreed (d) Allowed the tenant to leave early and not pay the rent due as per the remaining period of the lease and (e) claimed that I gave permission for an early departure, this despite me having written proof that I instructed them to demand this payment.
To compound this whole distasteful saga which has been on going for two years, the principal agent Heather Tyson refused to get involved, fobbing me off to another partner, a certain Tony Fuller - he has refused to even respond to correspondence, washing was his hands of the problem.
The attorneys in the small town of Port Alfred have refused to take my case because they all do lucrative property transfers for Sotheby's and stand to lose this business should they answer my call for help. I am owed in excess of R25 000 on this matter.
