Just Letting
Very disappointing service

We have wanted to move to the Laguna Sands complex for a few years and accomodation is very scarce in the West Coast area. About 2 years ago we were shown a stunning house in Laguna Sands and we wanted it but first wanted to go home and talk about it. We were assured they would hold it for us for 24 hours. When we called within 24 hours to say we wanted it our calls & messages were ignored and we didn't get the place. On Wednesday Stefan showed a house to me, and on Thurs my husband made an appointment with Stefan to view and when he got there Stefan was not there. He went to the office and was told Stefan had left for the day. I called Stefan myself and he was very friendly telling me the appointment was not confirmed but with no apology or anything. I doubt my husband would have gone if the apppointment was not a "confirmed appointment" but perhaps there was a misunderstanding however usually people are apologetic in some way, this was just brushed off. Stefan then assured me he would hold the place for us until my husband can come see it? I wonder about that? There seems to be a shortage of houses and lots of people wanting them, is this perhaps why there is no decent service?
