Appalling service!!!

Good day to you, please be advised if you are in the market and are looking to buy/rent property through Sotheby's, Fish Hoek, be aware of their absolutely appalling service! My partner and i decided to rent an apartment from them in 2009 and from the word go we had bad service! From empty promises to lack of communication, issues with rent to fighting with them on getting our deposit back (which we STILL have not received!) i would get into detail of all the issues but there aren't enough characters for me to tell you!! i have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company!! We have now decided that we will be taking things further and seeking legal advise. We will NEVER EVER deal with Sothebys again!!!
