What a great service

I once had a problem, where I was staying, tried to the caretaker did not work, his line manager as well. But when I called customer service one lady said, please call Patrick, he will call you I did not believe it, but I called him anyway left a massage, within few min, he called me back, he promised to sort it out immediately and that's what happened. The roof that was leaking they fixed it same day. Last year again had a huge problem with my billing, also informed him. I am so happy, I got all my money back. I really enjoyed staying in City property flats because of him. Thank you
