No Repairs/Servicing

I've been trying to get U ROOF-IT to come and fix the appalling job they did for me on 23 May 2013.
Since June 2013, I contacted Mr. Johan Van ZYL. (Manager) to repair this roof.
They are happy to charge R31 100.00 to fit a Roof, but when it leaks and you call to complain, they never call back. I have called so many times that you just give up, and I believe that this is their business strategy. I have left no less than 5 messages and called every week, and still not a peep. Mr. Johan Van ZYL. The manager have promised that the roof will be fixed a few times but it seems he don't respond to clients with complaints.
I find this service totally unacceptable to say the least.

Called again last week and have had no response. I am really frustrated and every time I drive past a U ROOF-IT At Peace haven, Revenging. I want to tell the world not to use them! The after sales service is shocking and I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
