Poor customer handling and no delivery

On 27 June 2013, I lodged a problem with Estate Agent Office Manager Mandie Pelser that my toilet is leaking (for the second time this year). The dispute went around them not being able to fix the problem within two days, but only after the weekend. Apart from her and her staff telling me that the problem is too small to escalate to the Principal and that I am acting unprofessional and irrational (as a client??) I was also told that they do not give the principals number out and she is at a client. I asked a gentleman to phone her and ask her to urgently return my call, to which I have, a week later, still not heard from her. I had sent messages, left messages and called, but still no joy. They were keen to send messages to my phone, and when I asked Mandie to please stop her messages, her answer to me was "Nou hou op my sms! "
I have also been promised per email, after I told them I am ready to report them, that they can assure me this problem will be fixed soonest. It has been a week later and I have not heard as much as one word from the company and still sit with a leaking toilet. I strongly disapprove of Property Den's attitude toward their clients.
