Bad Service

We bought a news home at Ext 86 The Orchards..The house is no.9836 and is being built bt RBA housing development. We were informed that the house will be available for occupation on the 11 November 2013.However on that date it was not even near completion.
To make matters worse the put a wrong a small window on the one of the room that was not on the housing plan. The window was only changed after we confronted the side manager with the plan

The house has on one phase for two weeks with nothing happening and not one is is informing us why the construction is carried at out and they told us the house will not be ready by this year 2013 after it was approved in May 2013.Now we can not move to our house and we have to get another place to rent while the half build house is just standing with no construction taking place on the house... We get no feedback as to what causes all the delay from the site manager. The site manager is the worst person to speak to with anything and worst performer of all employees who work for that company. The are simply too slow in anything they do and dont care about customers
