Frustrated. Disapointed and Annoyed

January 2013 I went to an Estate Agency known as homes Unlimited in Leondale Ekurhuleni with the intention to purchase a house around the eastrand. They recommended a new development in Dawn Park in Boksburg, They helped me to start the process with the application to the banks and eventually the developer started building either in October 2013 .The Estate Agents Offices together with the Developer from the above mentioned Company, A guy known as Jaco assured me that my house will be completed and ready for occupation by the 13nth of December 2013.I signed off all documentation so that they claim in time from the bank and I can move during december as I had already notified my previous landlord that I will be [URL Removed] 13th of December my problems started, I went to the house and there was no Electicity installed, Jaco told me the inpector from the Council came and was not happy with some wirering but he was busy changing it and on the 17nth of December they will come and inspect again and connect the electricity.
I went there again on the 17nth and nothing was happening and up today I still have no electricity after moving into the house on the 20th December, the council are no
