Good day, my brother bought a house from the housing department 8 or 10 years ago, he paid cash for the house and was told he can purchase the house after the divorce is settled, after paying the money in full to them he was told he is not entitled to get the house. i would just like them to give me my money back cause i have been struggling for too long now, everyone i speak to tells me i need to put my ex wife out myself, will someone pls. assist me. i dont want the house i just need my money back pls.
