Complain on poor customer care

In 2008 i bought a house on a new development area in silwood estate eerste river however the builders claimed bankruptcy and the houes was not finished built. Till this date the house is still not completed. I only paid the bank five installments then i told them that i coulndnt anymore because i had to pay rent and the bond for the house that ithat is not finished built. The bank insisted that i must pay and no assistance was provided by the bank to resolve the issue instead the insisted that i should honour the contract and pay even if i would not have any material gain on the house>Then in 2012 july the bank sold the house for R75000 and they now urging me to pay for the remain balance of about R225 000 and threatening to take me to court. i find this strange because i was not even informed that the house was going to be sold. at a moment iam blacklisted and i cannot buy myself a house and iam renting which is exerting some fanancial strain on me
