Jawitz has failed to deposit money on time monthly

Dear sir/madam
I own a house in Bloemfontein, and I approached Jawitz Bloem about 4 to 5 months ago to handle my rent, I must say it has been an unpleasant journey.
Please note I am the one who made a comment on facebook, and I will also send this email to hellopeter, and my lawyers if nothing changes. With the hope that the marketing team still cares about the image of Jawitz SA.
Jawitz Bloemfontein has failed to deposit money on a set day for the past 4months. There is a lady by the name Wilande Van Herde, who sent me the contract to sign, every time I call to ask why my money has not been deposited, as soon as I say my name she transfers me to a black lady Maria or something.
When she told me the tenant wants burglar doors and a washing line, which were not there when tenant moved in, and are not part of the contract, I asked her if that means I can increase the rent, since I am increasing security, she went on to tell me how "am not going to have tenants in the future" and how " the tenant is not happy and I'm the only one happy". I hired an agency to manage my rent, not give me they opinions about my future investments.
