Unlawfull contracts and claiming double commision

We the occupants needed to break contract and then they did get a new tenant the next month. Email then about our deposit and the deducted cleaning, and commision wich according to consumer protection act you are not allowed to earn double commision or hold back for rent, deposit or what so ever.when I spoke to the lady. About that she just told me she will send my email to her supperior. 5 people warned us about them that they don't pay back deposits and now I'm starting to believe that.all I want is my deposit back. Cleaning money they can keep because I think that was reasonable.
