The worst letting company to use

These are the worst real estate agents ever there is always issues with these guys that is covered by and promises... especially the guys that are dealing with the Krugersdorp area... 1 you will sign a lease of a certain amount with them an every month you will pay almost twice of what you agreed upon I signed a lease of R3800pm yet we pay R4500 then they will tell you all sorts of stories why the tenents pay more than what they agreed on! Every 2nd month the municipality switches off either water or electricity for days due to non payment and the agents are nowhere to be found when you need them I really hate Prime Letting it's been a nightmare using them ever since we started using them it's been complaints we have seen people come and go due to the same service I will never in my entire life recommend this company we are all still sitting without electricity the entire weekend and non of them will replace what we have lost perishable goods due to this. I have used other companies before but this is the worst company with lots of issues and stories it's time they are exposed and I will continue telling others about their bad services I will speak out!
