PAYMENT UPON FINALISATION OF PENDING DEALS!

Woodpark Real Estate were mandated to sell the property at No 3 pelican place.
Woodpark has breached two agreements;
1. An amount of R 14 325.80 will be reimbursed to the sellers upon registration of the property, out of the whole amount R 4 000 is still outstanding.
2.R 1 million will be deposited into the bond account, but only R 995 441.55 was deposited. This is jeopardising the sellers since the sellers agreed to the transaction based on the guarantee by the estate agent that R 1 million will be paid to the bond account, especially since the property was sold at a shortfall.
Woodpark has been contacted on numerous occassions and they have advised that the payment of R 4 000 will only be paid once the commission of the pending deals are finalised. This is unfair treatment since the contract states that upon the estate agent receiving his commission from the sale of our property, the estate agent will then make payment to the sellers. But we have been taken from pillar to post, its two months now since the process was finalised and still no payment.
And now to be told that payment depends on commission of pending deals materialising, is just day light, what if no deals?
