A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH KIRSHNER REAL ESTATE CC

A warning to all potential home sellers. Make sure the agent informs you properly and give you their market strategy before signing a mandate, even better don't sign.
I'm stucked with this agent as they don't advertise my property properly; they just placed it on 2 websites. Don't even try to take them on, as they will take you on as their customer and hide behind certain agreements.
Since I signed, from the 1st of June 2013, only one couple come to view. In the meantime other agencies phoned me as they can't get hold of Kirshner Estate to set up appointments. I've sent an email and told them that their service are pathetic, they don't properly do marketing, about things, no communication
The latest is that my property's price is too high, after Kirchen Estate did the evaluation, drop it by R60 000 after the open our and now 42 days before the end of the mandatory agreement I hear now my price is too high. Never in my life will I do business with this company again. They give you night less sleeps. If they spend the time replying back with long emails, and spend that on the marketing of my property, I believe we will have been a few steps forward, and not all the time backwards.
