Professional way of dealing with complaint

I have been in contact with one of the Richfield trustees. He was able to listen to my side of the story and explained to me why they acted the way they did. They do not take responsibility for the action of their Owners and their tenants, but in the well-being of the complex. The misunderstanding was from the owner and estate agents side. I apologize for my previous report blaming the trustees and I appreciate that we could sort it out in a professional manner.
