15% Commission!!! What a rip off

Mario Grobler - Principle of an Estate Agency at The Vaal Dam - very arrogant - always thought the estate agent was there to assist the seller & to have the sellers interests at heart, but not this principle, who is of the opinion that sellers are there to bully him.

The commission they take from the seller is not market related - as normal commission is between 5 - 7.5% & is also not discussed with the seller at the time you market the property.
