On july this year I made a claim on my mother's retirement anuity as she passed away I did not receive any feedback from then until I phoned and they told me about outstanding documents I submitted the documents and still there was no feedback until one day I received an email early august that there was an outstanding annexure I filled it and returned it back to them it was august 15 from then I have not received anything and every week I call and they always tell me that the claim is with the trustees I must call after 10 working day every time I call they always tell me to wait for after 10 days but its been a month now waiting for 10 days and their trustees never give us any responce please try to enquire for me coz on my side I always get the same story the policy number is 12012483 please enquire to the trustees because now we are suffering although our mom left us something
