Owner Dries Cronje threatens tenants and children

I am a new tenant at, East Village Olympus, renting from Smile Property Group more specific Dries Cronje the owner. Myself and my wife and two children under 5 years old viewed a unit from one of their agents Jomarie Swart, which we signed a offer to lease in that unit nr which becomes a binding contract. On the day we had to move in we were told with bad attitude that instead of getting the keys from their offices that the keys were in the unit which evidently was a different unit in which the offer to lease was signed. We had no where to go and was forced to move into that unit which is the most non popular unit in the complex and became apparent that this in fact was the unit of the owner Dries Cronje. He uses the other units to view for the public but yet puts them into his low budget places-a Direct breach in Contract. Furthermore i adressed this with him when he started threatening my life, my wife's life and threatened to come over and play with my two children and kick in their heads. A case at the police has been opened as well as a protection order. I urge anyone not to deal with such a misleading, arrogant, corrupted individual who thinks he is above the law.
