Just Letting
Terrible service and no help

Just recently was advised that this account we had with this company has been handed over. After numerous times of e-mails been sent through by my sister to just letting and was always advised that we need to speak to Yolanda Kamffer who for days was not available at the office, requesting for advice about the termination of these lease due to extreme reasons that we had. Lease was also terminated for other reasons then personal. The fact that we were robbed at that area more than once is one of those but I guess that's a story for another day.

We were sent statements on a monthly basis with just amounts included even though we requested for a detailed breakdown of what these amounts are for. These was never done. We requested for an explanation of what the deposit amount will cover but were told it covers October rent and I still don't really understand that.

Now, after sending them another mail they still can't help and just responded that we need to deal with the debt collectors that the account has been handed to"..
