Everything about this company is bad

I applied to an add for a flat, i was informed to pay a registration fee of R350 before they can issue me details for the flat. I have now paid it and 3 weeks later still nothing i have spoken to the office manager who said i must send my requirements a week later still nothing. Left messages for the owner 073 205 4899 and she is not getting back either and properties they have in their listing does not belong to them. And they refuse to refund me.
